Follow your Shalawam Naturals Collective order with the Shop app for shipment updates and delivery notifications.
Track with Shop
- Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and follow the link to your order status page.
- Select Track with Shop if the button is available. Follow the prompts to open or download the Shop app.
- Use Shop to follow your shipment once tracking information is available.
Tracking becomes available after your shipping label is created; carrier updates begin once your package is scanned
You can also view your orders in your customer account and select an order to check its status.
If Track with Shop is not displayed, you can still track a shipment in Shop using a valid carrier tracking number.
Digital products and gift cards do not have a shipment to track. Check your email for delivery details.
